4 Easy steps in a new incorporation
1.	Complete order form and return to NBS.
2.	NBS will check the proposed company name and issue an invoice.
3.	Upon receipt of funds NBS will register the company with the Danish registry, and transfer the company and bank account to the new shareholder.
4.	A copy of all company documents will by sent by email in the first instance, followed by a hard copy company folder if required.
